We provide the following guidance for creating new translations of our protocols as well as other instruments:
  • Overview: annotated list of the documents on this page and the linked page (Additional Support Documents)
  • Guidelines for Translation and Cultural Equivalency: applicable to any instrument
  • Translation development Logs: for self-documentation of the translation process and for archival reference
  • Notes specific to translation of specific protocols, such as the RDC/TMD (see Additional Support Documents)
  • Initial Logs: in order to facilitate the translation of specific components (see Additional Support Documents)

Note that for new translations to be posted on the Consortium web site, they must adhere to the standards as presented in the Guidelines and the translation process must be documented using the Logs.

For further information regarding new translations or questions, contact the Consortium committee.
