Comments Regarding This Instrument

The Dutch TSK-TMD is an adaptation for temporomandibular disorders, based on the Dutch version of the TSK; note that the TSK was originally developed and published in English, and then later translated to Dutch, and the latter instrument served as the starting point for this Dutch TSK-TMD.  The development of this instrument is described in the following publication, which should be cited with any use of this instrument:
