Comments Regarding This Instrument

Psychometric properties of reliability and validity have not been established for this instrument.  Data obtained with this instrument, however, have been useful in various projects.  The instrument has recently been the source for translations for use in specific settings, and the instrument is being made available for others who might wish to measure this construct.   Statistics pertaining to the psychometric properties of the English-language version are welcomed.
